The waterfall is a perfect stop on any road trip through the region \u2014 whether you\u2019re exploring fjords, fruit orchards, or the nearby Folgefonna glacier.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><strong data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"98\">Fun fact: <\/strong>Steinsdalsfossen was formerly known as \u00d8vsthusfossen. According to local historical sources, the river changed its course after a severe rainstorm in the late 19th century.
